Mental Health Awareness Week 2020

As part of our ongoing campaign work relating to all aspects of mental health, we are more than happy to support and promote Mental Health Awareness Week, which starts today, Monday 18th May, and runs until Sunday 24th May.

Mental Health Awareness Week is hosted by the Mental Health Foundation, who have chosen the the theme of kindness for 2020. There are plenty of ideas on their website for how you can get involved so please do take a look and think about what you might do as part of this week.
