York Ice Trail

We departed from Hammerwich at 8.00 am on Saturday 1st February 2020 to travel to York to view the ice sculptures. There were 40 intricate ice sculptures on display throughout the city centre, please view the gallery for a few pictures.

The ice trail is organised by 'Make It York' and sponsored by 'York BID'. This year the theme was 'Fiction and Fairytale'.

The weather was kind to us, it was dry but a little windy. We departed York at 4pm on our journey back to Hammerwich. Everyone had an enjoyable day, which was well worth the visit.
