Chairman's Report 2021-2022

This year has continued to be unusual one with the lock down and not being able to meet until last August. I am pleased to see so many of you here today. Sadly we lost 12 members but none as far as I know from Covid. Another 12 have currently been unable to return for various reasons but I hope some of them will continue as Friends which enables them to keep in touch with the activities of the Guild and visit if possible. I have to thank all the committee for their efforts in working towards getting the guild up and running. We are beginning to provide a varied and busy programme which I know you all appreciate and can choose which events you would like to participate in. My thanks also go to Brian for supplying and continuing to help us with the microphone. My thanks also go to Martyn for stepping up and helping us with the setting up and dismantling the hall.
