We are happy to provide some details about accessibility of the racecourse:

There is a regular (every 10 minutes) service to the Racecourse that takes about 20 minutes. It is Stagecoach West service D/E.  More details can be found on  http://www.travelinesw.com/

Cheltenham is served by regular direct trains from London, Reading, Manchester, Edinburgh (via Newcastle, York, Leeds and Sheffield) Cardiff, Bristol and Plymouth.

Many more routes can reach Cheltenham with just one change.

Cheltenham is also served by National Express coaches from around the country, as well as there being a bus service - https://www.stagecoachbus.com/

We hope this helps those interested in attending the AGM.
